"Chats au Chaud" is an initiative by Alexe Dupont, resident in Montreal (Canada), who led a huge movement to help stray cats get through Canadian winters.

Created in 2019, she wanted to show that a simple gesture with few resources can save lives. Affected by the problem of feline overpopulation in Quebec, she gradually began manufacturing and distributing small cat shelters. The major asset of those shelters? Their accessibility! Indeed, they are inexpensive, easy to manufacture and require few materials. No matter where you are in the world, these little shelters can serve as a refuge from the cold, the rain and the wind for all the stray cats! They may also be suitable for dogs in countries that have a stray dog problem.
